Couple's Workout

Jon and I love working out together (most of the time... sometimes we get too competitive and annoy each other haha!)

Couples Workout Ideas:

Running/walking/hiking: This is fun, especially if there are pretty views! We run together maybe 1-2 times a week... when ever he feels like it when he's off.

Biking: is also really fun to do together. (we use to do this until his bike was stolen from our apartment parking garage.)

Tennis: we are lucky to have a community tennis court close by that has free hours during the day. Tennis is actually way harder than I thought!

Soccer: well not really... just kicking the ball back and forth but you run a little and it's fun. 

Catch: with a foot ball or softball playing catch is a good workout as well!

These ideas are great for anyone of any workout level! It's fun when your significant other is there to support and root you on during a workout.
