Homemade Peppermint Ice Cream in a Bag

I have been loving peppermint ice cream. I think it is great during the holiday season!
I gave this ice cream in a bag a try with a peppermint twist!

Gallon Size sealable bag
Quart size sealable bag
1/2 Cup of Half & Half
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
tiny dash of peppermint extract (you don't need very much)
1/2 Cup salt

Fill the Quart size bag with the half and half, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract.
Seal it tight with as little air as possible.
Then fill the Gallon size bag half way with ice. Pour the salt on top of the ice.
Put the quart size bag into the gallon bag. Seal the gallon bag.
Shake it for 5-10 minutes. When its the consistency that you want take the quart size bag out and rinse off the outside of the bag to get rid of any salt.
I cut a slit in the bottom of the bag and squeeze it into a bowl. You could also eat it right out of the bag!
Then enjoy. Top it with any toppings you like!
