Vegan in Vegas: Wynn Buffet

One of the things people look forward to the most in Vegas is the buffets. As a vegan I thought I would have no options when it comes to buffets, but the Buffet at the Wynn has it all covered.

This year has started out with lots of emotions and at least one thing that has changed our lives... we bought a new home.

Cut 12 Inches Off My Hair!!

Yesterday (12/15. I forgot to publish this. omg.) I got my hair cut and colored at Look Style Society at Town Square in Vegas by @stylebyanyssa on Instagram. I decided to donate my hair and ended up cutting off 12 inches! I wanted to get something different and lighten up my hair. I haven't colored my hair in over eight years. Im so happy with the new look. I love everything about my new hair and Im glad I had the hair to donate!

Date Night at Winter's Village at Green Valley Ranch Resort

Monday my husband and I went to Winter's Village at Green Valley Ranch Resort. It was our first time there and I loved it. The hotel was beautiful. I loved the pool area, which is right by Winter's Village. It's so cute and festive. I hadn't been ice skating since I was a child but I thought this would be such a fun holiday date night!
My husband got a chili dog and hot chocolate from the treats booth. He enjoyed both of them. You can also get cute earmuffs, gloves, and other souvenirs from that area.
Then we headed over to get our skates and head out on the ice. They have the cutest set up and a movie playing on a big screen in front of the rink. The first couple times around I held onto the wall, then I got a bit more brave and let go but went so slow. I loved ice skating and can't wait to do it again!
There was also an area near the pool that had a few games. We played a round of Jenga. Also, near by, there are fire pits and you can get all you need to make s'mores and sit around a fire.
The Winter's Village and Ice Skating is open until January 7th. $20 to skate!
Click here to check it out and get your skating tickets!
Thank you to Green Valley Ranch Casino for the skate tickets and goodie bag! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!
